I never thought I would make it this far, I knew I could only start with helping one or two cats at a time. One or two soon turned into five, then twelve, then fifteen, eighteen, and now I have helped over 200 cats since February of 2022. Abby's Cat Home was created to help the cats and kittens in and around Wayne County, Indiana, we've already branched and have made our way to Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky! We are a foster-based organization, we do not have a facility or building to house cats and kittens. While we treat ourselves as a non-profit, meaning we make no money from this at all, we do NOT have a 501c3. 

 I rely on myself, friends, family, and the community to help provide support for these animals. The community along with family and friends, have been an amazing backbone and support system through this entire journey.  

Included in the 200+ cats and kittens, we've had a few canine friends join in on our adventure too. While I am currently unable to take in every animal that someone reaches out to us about, I try to assist as best as I can.
